POLYFLON PTFE F-104 is a general purpose fluororesin grade which is suitable for molding seal tape, short fiber, pipe, tube, thick wire.

Introduction

POLYFLON PTFE F - 104 is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder in the form of white powder without PFOA.
It is suitable for forming the large size tube because it can be converted into fiber even at low RR.
Paste extrusion molding can be carried out by adding auxiliary agent. Because it has a property easily to fiberize when shear force is applied.
It is a Daikin standard grade of fine powder. it is suitable for molding wide variety of applications such as sealing tape, short fiber, pipe, tube, thick wire coating.
