Chinese TPI VAT001G Thermoplastic Polyimide Pellet

Chinese TPI-VAT001G granule is an unreinforced thermoplastic polyamide (TPI) resin of Tg= 245°C,Tm =388°C.

TPI/PI characteristics:

①High temperature rigidity: Tg (245℃) is +100℃ higher than PEEK.

②Sliding properties: The critical PV value in a lubricant-free environment is the highest level among thermoplastic resins

③Dimensional stability: The shrinkage rate is 1/2 of PEEK, and the molding accuracy of fiber-reinforced grades is very excellent

④Chemical resistance: Resistant to gasoline, various lubricants, various aircraft fuels, cleaning agents, etc.

⑤Radiation resistance: Compared with PEEK, thermosetting PI and other materials, it has better radiation resistance

Applications:

Various examples of applications utilizing a high modulus of elasticityin high temperature environments, stable dimensional formability, and  sliding properties under higher pressures and speeds
