BASF Ultrason E 2010 Polyethersulfone PESU Pellets

Ultrason E 2010 is an unreinforced, medium viscosity standard injection molding PESU grade. Ultrason E 2010 Natural flows readily and offers outstanding heat resistance and dimensional stability.

Applications
Typical applications include automotive applications such as fuse encapsulation, connectors, heating system and headlight components and household applications such as microwave dishes and other applications requiring high heat resistance.

Ultrason E, S, P (PESU, PSU, PPSU)

The Ultrason resins are amorphous thermoplastics derived from polyethersulfone (PESU), polysulfone (PSU) and polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) and offer very high resistance to heat. Their wide spectrum of beneficial properties allows them to be molded into high-quality parts for household and catering gear, membrane filtration, automotive as well as E&E applications. They can be processed by almost all the techniques adopted for thermoplastics.
